Because Amy Johnson Residence is a small residential community, staff work closely together and get to know residents as individuals. The culture is supportive, team-oriented and grounded in respect for both residents and one another.

We look for people who are compassionate, dependable, patient and flexible. Strong team members communicate well, are willing to learn and step in when needed, and approach residents with kindness, dignity and respect. Training is provided, and eligible employees may receive benefits.
