Amy brings more than 30 years of nursing experience across hospitals, home care, nursing homes and assisted living communities, along with experience as a Licensed Assisted Living Director. As RN Clinical Director, she works closely with residents, families, healthcare providers and staff to coordinate individualized care. She is especially committed to care that protects each resident’s dignity, independence, safety and quality of life.

Devonna oversees the daily operations of Amy Johnson Residence, including staffing, resident care, programming and regulatory compliance. Her connection to the home goes back decades: she began volunteering with residents in 1980 and joined the staff in 2013. She is proud to have known many residents over the years and considers it a privilege to now serve as the residence’s licensed administrator.

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings more than 14 years of experience across acute and chronic healthcare settings. She values Amy Johnson Residence’s small, family-oriented environment and the opportunity it gives her to build meaningful relationships with residents. Her approach to care centers on compassion, dignity and making sure each resident feels genuinely valued and supported.

Mary Kaye has been with the organization since 2002 and manages the financial and administrative responsibilities that support both the residences and their residents. She also helps residents maintain Medical Assistance benefits and waivers and coordinates with representative payees. Around the house, she enjoys talking with residents about movies and sports — and sharing pictures and videos of her German Shepherd, Bennie.

Tomie has been part of Amy Johnson Residence for 36 years, helping coordinate referrals, tours, resident services and day-to-day programming. She especially enjoys helping prospective residents feel comfortable when they visit and building the personal relationships that come from knowing residents over many years. Tomie also brings a lot of creativity to the home, from decorating to making special things for residents and staff.
